Springtime Is Here

Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:18-19

The verse above speaks of new things and new things are uncomfortable.
But surely as the winter changes to spring, as the animals wake up from their hibernation, flowers begin to bloom, the snow melts away, we know that as the Maker calls the season.
He also promises that whether we are in the wildnerness or in the desert, He will make a road for us.

We pray that this encourages your hearts and reminds us of who has us in His hands

  • There are changes that seasons will bring
Like how winter gives way to the spring
    The snow melts away
    When night turns to day
The dawn comes in bright array

See the birds how they flutter and sing
And the blossoms bring radiant gleam
    The warmth of the sun
    The freshness has come
New seasons, new hope for the day

Look up and see the beauty of glory
The pinks, the blues, and thousands of hues
The Painter, the Maker of heaven is here
And He says, “Springtime is here.”
